This 4 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home is located just around the corner from the activity pool and our 9 hole- par 36 golf course. The back yard is lined with trees and rough to protect you from the 9th hole. With some fresh colors and modern decor you're sure to feel right at home. This home offers four bedrooms and 2 full baths - the master bedroom has a king bed, large screen TV, private bath with whirlpool tub; each of the other 3 bedrooms have a queen bed. The 2nd bath is located in the hall between those bedrooms. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR. There is an additional family room with a gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper, 2 recliners and TV/DVD open to the full kitchen w/dishwasher, breakfast bar, and dining area. Private deck with table chairs and charcoal grill. Rustic campfire area for hours of evening fun. Dogs are accepted, no rotweilers or pitbulls. Pet fee is $10 per pet/per night.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation. Rates:
